Stronghold ICF - FX Series
Designed to Build Straight, Trouble-Free Walls
The Stronghold ICF FX (Fixed Web) Series blocks are the standard choice for the Insulated Concrete Form industry. The FX Series ICF Blocks uses fixed webs that provide a solid block and a solid wall for installation. The .25” thick outer fastening flanges are 1.5" wide and 16" tall for continuous fastening. Two horizontal center ties with tall rebar holders provide for secure rebar placement with bars up to a #8 or 25mm. The foam panels are 1.5 lb density, 2.75" thick, and 16" tall x 48" long. They are available in 6" & 8" sizes.
FX-Series Straight Block
Straight blocks, sometimes referred to as standard blocks, make up between 75%-85% of a typical ICF project.

FX-Series 90° Corner Block
90° Corner blocks make up between 10%-20% of a typical ICF project.

FX-Series Taper Top - Flat Top Block
The FX Taper Top - Flat Top Block is used at the top of walls when additional bearing surface is needed. The smooth Flat Top Panel provides an easy surface to screed the concrete flat on the top of the wall. Taper Top blocks can typically make up about 10% of a project.

FX-Series Taper Top - Lock Top Block
The Taper/Lock Top Block is often used at transition points in walls, such as when a bearing ledge is needed yet the wall will continue with additional courses higher.

FX-Series Double Taper Top Block
The Double Taper Top Block is used as the top course of walls, when a bearing ledge is needed for both sides of the wall, such as a brick-ledge on one side and floor system on the other side.

FX-Series Double Flat Top Block
The Double Flat Top Block is used as the top course of walls, when a maximum amount of insulation is desired, but still wanting a smooth screeding surface for levelling the top of the wall once the concrete is poured.
