45° Corner blocks are a welcome addition to the job-site, making the contractors job much easier. The FX Series 45° Corner blocks are made from 16" tall panels with a long leg and a short leg allowing for a 16" overlap when alternated during installation. The foam panels are 1.5lb. density, 2.75" thick with reversible interlocking foam teeth along the top and bottom panel edges. The panels are held in a structural position with 5 fixed webs, spaced 8" apart, and a corner web assembly.  The corner web assembly consists of 2 vertical webs on each side and 2 horizontal 1.5" wide bands that are locked into the vertical webs and tied together with 2 diagonal straps that interlock with the webs on the inner corner for unparalleled strength and fastening capabilities.
